Delivery
Your goods will be dispatched to you within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. Orders placed after midday Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Currently we only accept orders for delivery in the UK. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the UK please contact us first to discuss your particular requirements.
Stock Availability
In the unfortunate event that an item in the gift you have selected is out of stock we will contact you & endeavour to provide a suitable replacement product.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your gift you can return it to us within 14 days of our postage date and we will refund the goods amount to you less postage & packing charges.
In order to return goods please email us at [email protected] . Gifts being returned must be unused, in the original packaging and at your own cost. We highly recommend that you send returns via Royal Mails recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns which fail to arrive. Please also note that due the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns for individual items within our gift boxes.
